I am Gianluca Davico. After graduating in Economics with full honors, I've started a long career of 20+ years in consulting, manyof them working for one of the most important global consulting firm, then as Vice President of Professional services for a Silicon Valley SaaS Company.
Before founding WeeonD I had other experiences as entrepreneur, as co-founder of Sportribe.it, the first Italian Sport Marketplace that achieved a relatively good positioning between 2010 and 2015.
During my career I have directed complex Business and IT transformation journeys for large global organizations, integrating Supply Chain, Sales and Finance core processes, including large scale global ERP implementations.
My passion for learning - we never know enough - pushed me consolidating a multi-functional domain spanning form Finance & Performance Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Supply Chain and Sales Operations. In the last 3 years I've focused my studies on the Theory of Constraints and its applications to improve business performance.
I have a relevant experience in the Industrial Equipment (10+ years), Automotive (5+ years), Travel & Transportation (4 years) and Pharma (3 years)
I hold several Certification: APICS-CPIM, Apttus CPQ, SAP, ADACI, and currently focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. I am member of ASCM - Amercian Association of Supply Chain and TOCICO, the International Certification Organism for TOC.
I am Ottaviano and I have been working as manager in several fields: Applied psychology, software, organization, quality, operation, cost accounting, general management, training, TOC, holding management positions in manufacturing, services and software companies since 1982.
I am part of the restricted circle of Italian TOC Experts: I am the author of the Book "La Nuova Teoria dei Vincoli", an introduction to TOC body of knowledge, and I've collaborated several years with the Goldratt Schools, the TOCICO network, establishing a closed relationship with Dr. E. Schragenheim and its team. I have managed many TOC implementations, for many Medium Size companies operating in several industries.
I am also expert in energy and water behavior and bioenergetics, working both on environment and people harmony. In 2010 I' have got the certification in Naturopathy and Energy Balance, and I've also published a book about water micro-cluster behavior.

I am Sara and I've spent my 20 more years of professional career on Supply Chain improvement projects, initially as a junior consultant and then as a partner in a consulting firm in Milan.
I have developed relevant experience across different fields: in production companies (including plastic injection molding, brass bar drawing, electrical equipment, cash registers and others), distribution (automotive, clothing and accessories, plumbing), as well as in service companies (telephony and healthcare).
During my experience, I have managed organizational improvements applying both Theory of Constraints and Lean approaches, and i have also managed IT projects to improve information systems to implement new functionalities to extend the ERP coverage.
Along my consulting journey, I have learned how to use several tools to improve processes: from "classic" management applications like MRP II for SMEs, to management reporting tools for visual data analysis, open source ETL tools, as well as applications developed within TOC for replenishment processes (Elucidate by idea llc) and for project management (Linx by A-Dato).
I am Ada Lazzari and I work to help SMEs to build reporting systems supporting the entrepreneur in the decision-making process.
After the degrees in Economics I have started with an internship in an Accounting Firm, then for 8 years I taught economics and law at high schools.
In 1996 I started working as administration manager in a machine tool design and construction company. I started focusing on cost controlling supporting the design office to complete the economic feasibility analysis for defining the Quotations. On top to the training on the job, I attended many training courses focused on the planning and control area.
In 2006 I decided to undertake the consulting activity mainly addressed to SMEs. I specialized from the beginning in costing and budgeting, distinguishing myself for the construction of highly customized reporting allowing to measure the performance of the company in every processes and activity.
Over time I have extended my skills with performance analysis related to strategy and finance to support business growth. Last but not least, as I joined WeeonD's team, I have specialized in Throughput Accounting.
I am currently approaching circular economics as the economy's response to environmental degradation, and integrated reporting as an expression of business survival over time.

25+ years of experience in leading multinational information technology companies (IBM, Microsoft), where I have matured a deep expertise as consulting manager and sales manager
15+ years of experience as an entrepreneur in digital transformation consulting services, as prime contractor or in collaboration with established consulting companies or system integrators

I am a Subject Matter Expert for Budgeting, Controlling, Bank management, Turnaround programs and M&A.
I have sponsored and driven large worldwide Corporate Performance Management and ERP Implementations (Hyperion Planning, Board, SAP).
I am Giuseppe Capoderose, and I can share a 30 years multidisciplinaire career as consultant, FP&A Manager, Group Controller and Sales Manager in the IT Industry of solutions for Finance.
I have started as Finance Consultant at Concept Italia in the early 90s working on large accounting & statutory consolidation project assignments (ENEL, Luxottica, Parmalat to name a few).
After seven year as sales consultant and manager at Oracle, working on the pre-sales of Oracle Financial Applications, in 2003 I've moved to Monaco starting a career as FP&A Group Senior Controller at Tamoil, where I've worked on several improvement projects, for instance to reduce the Budget process lead times from 4 to 2 months, implementing the KPI dashboard and many other finance improvement initiatives. I left my position at Tamoil in 2014 to join Riviera Marine as Sales Finance Manager.
In 2016 i moved back to Milan, starting as Sales Director at Sigma Conso, a SaaS Company providing Management and Statutory reporting consolidation solutions, where I've managed the start-up of the Italian branch under the commercial standpoint.
Now I'm joining WeeonD taking care of Marketing and Sales and of course Financial Reporting advisory.
