Ottaviano has been working as a manager in several fields: Theory of Constraints Consulting, TOC based software development, organization improvement, Total Quality Management, Operations Management, Cost Accounting, General Management, Training, Coaching and Applied Psychology, holding management positions in manufacturing, services and software companies since 1982.
He is part of the restricted circle of Italian TOC Experts and author of the Book "La Nuova Teoria dei Vincoli", an introduction to the TOC body of knowledge.
Ottaviano collaborated several years with the Goldratt Schools, the TOCICO network, establishing a closed relationship with Dr. E. Schragenheim and his team: he has managed more than 30 TOC implementations, for Medium and Enterprise level companies operating in several industries.
He's also passionate in energy and water behavior and bioenergetics, working both on environment and people harmony. He is certified in Naturopathy and Energy Balance, and has published a book about water micro-cluster behavior.

Ottaviano holds a MSC in Physics and a MBA , on top to several Certification as: Quality Auditor, Safety and Security expert, Goldratt School teacher, TOCICO practitioner, iGrafix process management, Lean Six Sigma green belt.
Sara has more than 20+ years of experience as professional in Supply Chain improvement projects, working as a partner in a consulting firm in Milan.
Sara has developed a relevant experience across different fields: in production companies (including plastic injection molding, brass bar drawing, electrical equipment, cash registers and others), distribution (automotive, clothing and accessories, plumbing), as well as in service companies (telephony and healthcare). Sara has developed a great experience in logistic and distribution to optimize the e2e distribution performance from the central warehouses to the peripherals retail network.
During her experience, she has managed organizational improvements applying both Theory of Constraints and Lean approaches, managing also large IT projects to improve information systems to implement new functionalities to extend the ERP coverage.
Along her consulting journey, Sara has learned several "tools" to improve processes: from "classic" management applications like MRP II for SMEs, to management reporting tools for visual data analysis, open source ETL tools, as well as applications developed within TOC for replenishment processes (Elucidate by Idea llc) and for project management (Linx by A-Dato).
Gabriele is a serial entrepreneur and our CEO. He brings into WeeonD his broad experience as IT Advisor matured along 40+ years of experience in the software sector, managing projects and developing business solutions for small, medium and large companies, in several industries: manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, automotive, telco, media, retail and financial services sectors
With 25+ years of experience in leading multinational information technology companies (IBM, Microsoft), Gabriele has gained a deep expertise as consulting manager and sales manager as well.
15+ years of experience as an entrepreneur in digital transformation consulting services, as prime contractor or in collaboration with established consulting companies or system integrators
Gabriele has a proven experience in Customer Engagement and social selling processes (Linkedin Business Certification) and extensive experience in participating in or managing national and international work teams (Europe, USA, Saudi Arabia)
Certified in PROSCI, Gabriele is also an expert in change management processes, techniques and tools.
Emanuele joined recently the management team of WeeonD as a Senior Partner. He's also Founder and CEO at Thinking Solutions SAGL Switzerland.
Emanuele is broadly recognized as a Thought Leader and expert in Supply Chain re-engineering and business transformation.
He has consistently achieved results such as 20% to 30% inventory reduction and service level improvement in Metal, Chemical and Assembly industry Global Projects as well as dramatic cost Optimization in the Steel Industry. He also expert in Sales & Operational Process implementation projects, as well as Plants Design and Flow Optimization.
Emanuele's core skills includes: Business Transformation, Process Mining and process analysis, Dynamic Process Modeling, Theory of Constraints, Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt), Supply Chain, Inventory Optimization and Throughput improvements.

Gianluca Davico is our Founder and now leader of our scientific committee.
He has a developed a successful career with 20+ years in consulting, many of them working for one of the most important global consulting firm, then as Vice President of Professional services for a Silicon Valley SaaS Company.
Gianluca masters a multi-functional domain spanning form Finance & Performance Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Supply Chain and Sales Operations. He is a systemic thinker, applying consistently the principles of Theory of Constraints and its applications to improve business performance.
He is a subject matter expert in Project and Program management, having successfully led large business and IT transformational programs, by consistently applying the most innovative PM framework as Critical Chain and Tameflow.
He has developed a relevant experience in several sectors, including Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Travel & Transportation and Pharma.
Gianluca holds several certifications as APICS-CPIM, Apttus CPQ, SAP, ADACI and he is member of ASCM (the American Association of Supply Chain), TOCICO (the TOC International Certification Organization).
Moreover, Gianluca is an active member of the TameFlow community contributing to the development of the practice across the world.
Ada joined our scientific committee as expert in management accounting and industrial control. She is focused on helping SMEs to build reporting systems supporting the entrepreneur in the decision-making process.
After the degrees in Economics Ada started with an internship in an Accounting Firm, then for 8 years she taught economics and law at high schools.
In 1996 Ada started working as administration manager for a machine tool design and construction company, where she started focusing on cost controlling supporting the design office to complete the economic feasibility analysis and Quotations.
In 2006 Ada started with her consulting activity mainly addressed to SMEs, specializing since the very beginning in cost accounting and budgeting, distinguishing herself for the development of highly customized reporting solutions to measure the performance of the company in every processes and activity.
Joining WeeonD, Ada has enlarged here strong cost accounting skills with the best practices of Throughput Accounting.
She is currently approaching Circular Economy as the economy's response to environmental degradation, and integrated reporting as an expression of business survival over time.
